Thursday has no classes for General Admission

VIP have an evening session

Instructors have a Thursday morning session, tech check, then evening VIP sessions.

Many people arrive on Thursday to be fresh and rested for Friday morning. “Welcome Liaisons” will be at the hotel to welcome you! Meet-up on the terrace and hang out, grab a beverage or soak in the salt water pool. Buddy up and start the fun early!

VIP ticket holders may have an afternoon or evening session

Instructors will have a morning  session at 10am. Some may have afternoon or evening sessions


8:30am Check-in begins

9:00am Welcome Orientation Workshops run 10AM till 7 PM

Dinner & Activities 7-Midnight 

The evening is filled with dinner, chat, and henna fun.

Followed by the Pajama Jam and Movie Night.


LOTS of learning and connections are made in the evenings - they are FUN and informative!

Leaving early is so sad! Make sure you book your flights for Monday morning so you can catch the full day of classes. The Henna flows all night long!

Includes ALL conference materials, instruction by world class artists and professionals, supplies for you to use and experiment with through-out the weekend, access to classrooms/supplies till midnight, and as many classes, new friends and fun as you can squeeze in!


This is a 3 day immersion event and is packed to the brim with organized classes, small break-out classes, demos, and lots of time to visit, ask questions, network, practice, give and receive henna with world class professional artists and those just beginning their own henna journey.  


This weekend is designed to have something to offer for all skill levels, from the person that has NEVER used henna but wants to give it a try, to intermediate and advanced artists.  Come and build skills, learn tips, tricks, techniques and lots of support and guidance on how to start and operate your own body art business.

If you need anything special please bring it along: binder / alligator clips, jacquard / luer bottles, artist pillow / lap desk, work light...

Children and Teens

We want this to be a great learning experience for each attendee and want you to get the most out of the weekend. To that end we suggest that children remain at home so you may focus on learning and not worrying about your little one.


It can be fun to bring the kids and your spouse and leave them by the pool for the weekend too!  


Minor attendees must be approved by HennaCon staff, please understand there will be adult content, language, and beer or wine may be available. We don’t have a designated children’s area, you are responsible for the conduct and behavior of your child. Parental Discretion is advised. We do welcome teens and tweens with supervision.

Your conference ticket is refundable, minus the $100 cancellation fee, up to August 1.

After August 1, no refunds will be issued and no roll-overs will be allowed.

Tickets may be transferable prior to September 15th, ticket holder is responsible to make the arrangements, a service fee will apply.
